Constellation Culinary Group is seeking a Staffing Manager for our Off Premise Catering Division in Miami, Fl. We are looking for a hospitality professional with strong administrative skills. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of catering and hospitality.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Event Staffing Manager to oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and financial management for our events. This role will ensure that all events are properly staffed, staffed on time, and supported throughout the event process. The ideal candidate will also coordinate with staffing agencies, manage payroll, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and facilitate the training and hiring of staff.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event coordination, staffing management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of staffing and scheduling software, including Nowsta.
• Proficiency in payroll management and invoicing processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and incident reporting procedures.
• Experience with BEOs and managing staff for large-scale events.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and talent acquisition.

• Event Staffing & Scheduling Agency Staff
• Staff Communication & Management
• Event Monitoring & Staff Support
• Event Preparation & Assignments, working closely with Sales Team and Service Director
• Post-Event Review, review captain reports to ensure event performance as well as address disciplinary actions
• Payroll & Financial Management, event staff payroll and agency invoicing
• Incident & Compliance Management, Medcor Incident reporting and follow up
• Hiring, Work with Talent Acquisition to manage interviews, onboarding, and e-verification for new hires
• Assist with training and Orientation Planning
