Where you'll be working:

This position is Miami based but will require travel when needed to additional site locations.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced Regional Chef to work closely with our VP and District Managers in the areas of Culinary, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, and Sustainability. As a Regional Chef for [Segment], you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced yet efficient environment. If you are driven and passionate about supporting new business openings, new concepts, and renovations, this could be the right role for you. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute compliant recipes, menus, and concepts
  • Support current segment-wide sustainability programs, training initiatives, and ensure the highest level of culinary standards are maintained
  • Ensuring a high level of field support
  • Exhibiting a strong commitment to food and occupational safety
  • Ensure integrity of products at exceptional value
  • Collaborate with Nutrition and Wellness team
  • Support purchasing best practices

What we're looking for:

Must-have

  • Associates Degree in Culinary Arts 
  • Must be able to travel up to 75%
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in progressive culinary leadership roles
  • Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards. 
  • Possess professionalism and passion for customer and client relations
  • Strong communication, cooperation, and organization skills required
  • Ability to relate well to individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds, perspectives, education, and skills
  • Knowledge and comfort with all Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn other software programs as needed

Nice-to-haves:

  • Contract Management Experience, Multi-unit experience and Experience opening new accounts
  • Presentation skills and training experience preferred and ability to utilize various training and communication tools including web-based conferences and seminars, conference calls, group presentations, email communication
