The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in West Palm Beach, FL.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day front-of-house operations of the restaurant in a Cultural setting. This role ensures an exceptional dining experience for museum guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a guest-focused environment, develops strong teams, and understands how to balance an elevated dining experience with efficient restaurant operations. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with culinary leadership and the General Manager to create a welcoming experience that complements the museum environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Recruiting, training, and retaining FOH staff.
- Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
- Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years’ experience in a managment role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Nice-to-haves:
- ServSafe Manager certification.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
