The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Banquet Supervisor to our education team in New York, NY. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to ensure the success of banquet events by working with a team of talented foodservice professionals.

Today, CTY prepares more than 13,000 fresh meals daily for students ranging from pre-schoolers to high school seniors. Your Pay:
Pay Range: $50 / hr
What you'll be doing:
- Participating in food preparation.
- Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service, including food preparation and safety.
- Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed.
- Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food safety, and sanitation.
- Other tasks as needed.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- At least two years’ experience in foodservice.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-haves:
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
