The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our food service team in Kalamazoo, MI. As a Dietary Aide with Elior North America, you will have the opportunity to work as part of our talented dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and serving food following food safety standards.
• Preparing trays for Sisters as indicated with proper portion/consistency, in an attractive, sanitary manner following diet specifications.
• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas of kitchen/dining rooms, including pots, pans and working in the dish room.
• Follow tray line diet specifications and production manuals.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

• The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.  
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills. 

Nice-to-haves: 

• Prior food service experience is preferred.  
• Have excellent communication and organization skills. 
• Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.

Compensation Range:

• Pay starts at $16.50 per hour, depending on experience
