The Talent Systems Administrator plays a key role in powering the systems that support how our people learn, grow, and develop. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving our Learning Management System (LMS) and other enterprise talent platforms, including performance management and talent review tools.

You’ll partner closely with HR, Learning, and business leaders to deliver an intuitive user experience, reliable data, and impactful reporting that supports organizational learning, compliance, and talent development across the company.

Responsibilities:
Learning Management System Administration
- Administer and maintain the LMS, including user accounts, permissions, catalogs, courses, curricula, and reporting structures.
- Manage course assignments, compliance training, and certification tracking.
- Upload, test, and deploy eLearning content (SCORM/xAPI), videos, and instructor-led sessions.
- Partner with HRIS & IS and content vendors for system integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Generate and distribute LMS reports and dashboards (completion rates, compliance, engagement).
- Provide end-user support and training for learners, managers, and administrators.
- Ensure data accuracy and audit readiness across all learning records.
- Support the launch of new learning initiatives and platform enhancements.
Talent Systems Administration
- Serve as system administrator for all other Talent Management platforms (e.g., performance management & talent review)
- Partner with HR, Talent, and IS to configure, maintain, and optimize these platforms.
- Oversee data feeds and integrations between HRIS, LMS, and other talent systems.
- Maintain accurate permissions, workflows, forms, templates, and automation.
- Support annual and cyclical talent processes (performance reviews, goal setting, calibration, succession planning).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring consistent user experience.
- Prepare and distribute reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with vendors on new feature adoption, system enhancements, and best practices.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Liaise between L&D, HR, IS, and business operations for all learning and talent-tech needs.
- Document processes, maintain SOPs, and ensure compliance with data privacy/security standards.
- Monitor user feedback and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements or automation to increase efficiency and adoption.
- Stay current on learning & talent-technology trends and propose innovations to support growth.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience administering an LMS and/or other talent systems in a corporate environment.
- Experience in a multi-site, service-oriented organization preferred (hospitality, food service, retail).
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors and eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI).

Compensation Range
Compensation for this role ranges from $75,000.00 to $100,000.00, commensurate with experience.
