The Role at a glance:
Elior North America is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across a large, multi-site, operationally driven organization.
This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.
The Compensation Analyst will play a key role in analyzing compensation data, supporting annual compensation planning processes, and providing consultative guidance on pay decisions for both hourly and salaried populations. What you'll be doing:
- Support the design and administration of base pay, incentive, bonus, and sales commission programs across corporate and field operations
- Process and validate sales commission payouts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with plan design and approved compensation structures
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to resolve commission discrepancies, interpret plan rules, and ensure proper payout calculations
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using external survey data to ensure competitive compensation across a diverse workforce
- Partner with HR and operational leaders to advise on compensation decisions including offers, promotions, transfers, and internal equity adjustments
- Lead and support annual compensation planning cycles (merit, bonus, and incentive programs), including system setup, testing, and execution
- Analyze compensation data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and models to support business decisions and leadership presentations
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Compensation systems (SuccessFactors or SAP HCM), including configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance
- Ensure data integrity across compensation systems and partner with HRIS and IT teams on enhancements and issue resolution
- Support pay equity analyses and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including pay transparency requirements
- Maintain documentation of compensation processes, policies, and procedures
- Provide excellent internal customer service to HR partners and operational leaders
What we're looking for:
• Strong experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, benchmarking, and commission structures
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of compensation or total rewards experience
• Experience in multi-site or hourly workforce environments preferred
• SAP Compensation (SuccessFactors preferred)
Where you'll be working:
This position is based onsite at our corporate office in Houston, TX, four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. The office is located at 4920 Westway Park Blvd, Houston, TX 77041.
This position is also open to candidates based in our regional hub locations in Minneapolis, MN and Pittsburgh, PA.

Compensation Range
Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience.
