The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced financial analyst to join our corporate procurement team. As a procurement financial analyst, you will have the opportunity to lend critical support to the growth of our business. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting in the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools.
  • Acting as a liaison between IT and Finance.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and communicating problems and testing solutions.
  • Invoicing of MFR volume rebates
  • Invoicing of MFR non-volume rebates (growth, signing bonuses, etc…)
  • Accounts Receivable collections of outstanding invoices
  • Manual accruals where invoicing is not possible
  • Period Close Support
  • Support pass backs of rebates to segment partners
  • Ad hoc analysis / projects

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to, Word and Excel.
  • At least one to three years of relevant experience and progressive growth in financial roles.
  • The ability to understand and communicate on technical topics with IT and third party vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • CPA and/or MBA.
