The Role at a glance:

We are looking for an experienced, skilled warehouse supervisor to join our Traditions team in West Sacramento, CA. As a warehouse supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead, direct, and assist in the overall management and performance of the facility.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting in the development and direction of activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility. 
  • Directing all warehouse and distribution services, including reception, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, inventory control, maintenance, and administration to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. 
  • Ensuring that procedures are in place for efficient and safe operation and utilization of all warehouse and distribution equipment. 
  • Ensuring current and accurate inventory control for all products, including following the company’s cycle count program. 

What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations. 
  • At least three years of logistics, materials, distribution, and/or supply chain experience. 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt. 
  • LSS and APICS (CPIM/CIRM/SCMP) certifications.

Compensation:

The pay range is $26-27/hr.
