The Role at a glance:

We are excited to bring a versatile commissary/pantry attendant to our corrections team in Fayetteville, AR. As a commissary attendant, you will have the opportunity to: ensure excellent commissary services for an assigned correctional facility’s commissary program.

What you'll be doing:

Pantry 

  • Order food items as needed. 
  • Maintain inventory and stock. 
  • Ensure that food items and orders are within the scope of the given budget. 

Commissary 

  • Fulfilling and delivering food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner.  
  • Ensuring accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery to inmates.  
  • This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.   

What we're looking for:

Commissary 

Must-haves: 

  • Knowledge of correctional facility standards and requirements, and an ability to adhere to these standards and requirements. 
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills.  
  • Have excellent communication and organization skills. 


Nice-to-haves: 

  • At least one years’ prior experience in a commissary program.

$18.00 per hour
