We are looking to add an experienced Area Support Manager to join our team. As an Area Support Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple accounts daily operations, and catering services.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing Cater to You accounts to ensure compliance with client, company, and health department standards.
- Managing planning, budget analysis, and reporting for each of the accounts that are in scope.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote their consistent application.
- Auditing assigned units to ensure conformance with company, regulations, and codes regarding food storage, preparation, sanitation, and record keeping.
- Providing guidance and leadership to food service directors and other team members in support of the unit operations.
- Providing overall planning and direction within your units and drive operational excellence and meet all financial goals.
- In partnership with internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing projects and deliverables to the needs of the business.
- Demonstrating superior time management skills which include managing multiple events and activities at the same time.
- Motivating and mentoring site leads to develop their talents and improve culture of passion and hospitality.
- Interacting with client management at each location and establish/maintain effective performance based client and customer relations for both catering and operations.
- Ensuring catering event planning, execution, and analysis meet Cater to You standards and exceed client expectations through every stage of the event.
- Providing services in support of the sales effort through analysis of current processes.
- Proposing new ideas to improve department operating standards, event planning and implementation processes.
- Other duties assigned by leadership and based on business needs.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least three to five years of management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Experience managing catering large volume, high end catering or event planning.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency at learning software.
- Intermediate skill with and knowledge of Catertrax.
- Energetic personality and able to adapt in different environments.
- Food safety certification through ServSafe and local health authorities.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in education foodservice.
- Contract management experience.
- Experience working with multiple units and multiple clients in a high-volume setting.
Your Pay:
$85,000 - $95,000 / year
