Job Title: Multi-Unit Assistant General Manager (AGM)

The Multi-Unit Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of multiple locations. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving financial performance across all units.

What you'll be doing:

•    Key Responsibilities
•    Operational Management
  - Assist in the management of day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
  - Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics with scheduling and ordering
 
 
•    Staff Management
  - Recruit, train, and develop staff across various units.
  - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  - Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
 
•    Financial Oversight
  - Assist in budgeting and forecasting for each unit.
  - Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
  - Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and reduce expenses.
 
•    Customer Service Excellence
  - Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all locations.
  - Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  - Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
 
•    Strategic Planning**
  - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategic plans for each unit.
  - Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in operations and services.
  - Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
 
•    Reporting and Communication**
  - Prepare regular reports on operational performance for the General Manager.
  - Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

What we're looking for:

3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-unit environment.

- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.

 

  •  Skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 

  • Preferred Attributes

- Experience in the specific industry (hospitality, retail, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with relevant software and management tools.

- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations within the Twin Cities area as needed.

 

 

 

 

 

Compensation Range

$65,000 - $70,000
