The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Albany, GA. As a catering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events.

What you'll be doing:

  • What you’ll be doing: 
  • Training and supervising servers and cooks. 
  • Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages. 
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures. 
  • Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.  

What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

  • At least five years of experience in fast pace catering within the foodservice and/or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • At least one years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.

Albany State University

Compensation Range

Compensation is up to $60,000 / year based on experience.
