The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an enthusiastic, experienced Front-of-House Maître D' to our Elior North America team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Front-of-House Maître D' with Elior North America, you will have the opportunity to present a professional and pleasant guest experience, and ensure our guests are satisfied. We are seeking an individual who has prior retail, food service, catering, or hospitality experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs.
• Making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address guest concerns as needed.
• Leading a team and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least one years' of food service leadership, preferrably in hospitality.
• At least one years' of customer service experience.
• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.

Nice-to-haves:

• Catering experience.
• Experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment, preferably in patient and resident services.
• At least one years’ experience in food service customer care.
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Compensation Range:

• $60,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
