The Role at a glance:

We’re seeking a hands-on Finance Manager who is as comfortable building dashboards as they are presenting strategic insights to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear stories, enjoys partnering with non-financial stakeholders, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the work done. As a key business partner to the segment leadership team, you’ll guide decisions that drive growth, improve profitability, and keep the business on track toward its goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a power user in data visualization tools (such as Power BI) to design impactful dashboards and automated reports that uncover trends and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret large, complex data sets to identify key insights, performance drivers, and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead ongoing ad hoc reporting needs — supporting fast-moving decision cycles and senior leadership requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Operate as a working manager — leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while also diving into the details to execute deliverables.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to segment leadership, translating complex financial information into actionable insights that support operations, strategy, and growth.
  • Lead financial planning cycles, monitor performance against targets, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the accounting and finance shared services teams to ensure accurate reporting, smooth month-end close, and alignment on business priorities.
  • Support and lead key strategic projects such as system transformation, process automation, and future-state business readiness initiatives.
  • Play a central role in tracking progress toward fiscal year goals — ensuring execution of plans, highlighting variances, and driving course-corrective actions.

What we're looking for:

Must-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of building dashboards, visualizing data, and presenting insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience partnering with shared services finance or accounting teams.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in commercial finance, pricing analysis, or margin optimization.
  • Background partnering with sales, marketing, or operations to influence growth strategies.
  • Experience leading or supporting system transformation or process automation initiatives.

Where you'll be working:

The position will initially be fully remote and will transition to a hybrid schedule once Elior's Pittsburgh regional hub office opens in late 2026.
