The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our Corporate Dining team in Portland! As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

 

Enjoy a weekly paycheck, Monday-Friday schedule, no nights & no weekends, and more!

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food. 
  • Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service. 
  • Ordering food and paper products as needed. 
  • Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times. 
  • Training new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • ServSafe certification preferred. 
  • At least one years’ experience in a foodservice role. 
  • At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role. 

Compensation:

$23-25/hour depending on experience
