The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Corporate Chefs team in Mclean, VA. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to run a BOH operation in a professional dining setting.  This role is Monday - Friday.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • At least six years of progressive culinary experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
  • Experience with budget statements.

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Associate’s degree in culinary arts.

Salary

Base: 85, 90K
