The Role at a glance:
Reports to: Food Service Director or Resident District Manager
This position provides creative solutions for client marketing plans/materials relative to effectiveness and/or ROI, as well as provide recommendations for improved efficiencies/changes in Marketing. It is a great opportunity for an innovative marketing professional to support our regional operations teams, developing strategies to create the consumer experience appropriate to the brand and account in which they operate. Your Pay
Compensation for this position starts at $50,000/ year and goes up based on experience.

What you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Collaborates with Regional Marketing Manager on the in-unit marketing plan
- Lead the in-unit marketing plan and be the liaison to the management team
- Work with internal staff, vendors and customers to execute promotional programs in a timely, efficient manner
- Design, print and distribute materials, packaging, and other special projects
- Execute program strategies for unit level
- Plan special events and promotions for residential and retail dining
- Collect and track data (customer traffic, revenue and satisfaction)
- Manage and lead in-unit Merchandising
- Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities
- Works within approved budget; Develops and implements cost saving measures
- Understands organization's goals in assigned projects
- Develops strategies to achieve those goals
- Adapts strategy to changing conditions
- Support additional Aladdin units with marketing support
- Creative thinker with a clear understanding of marketing principles and good work practices
- Proactive person who can work independently and part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under strict deadlines
- PC proficient, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or related field)
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
- Support additional Aladdin locations in the district
- May be asked to travel up to 25%
- Must be familiar with printing terms and processes
- Possess professionalism for customer and client relations
- Ability to think strategically and operate autonomously
Nice-to-haves;
- Experience working in a marketing capacity supporting a contract services organization
- Experience working in a marketing capacity in Food Services
