The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Executive Chef to our Aladdin Campus Dining team in Chadron, NE.

As an Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for students & staff. The Executive Chef has the responsibility for supervising production, culinary standards, sanitation and training for the dining hall, retail & catering food service teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
  • Experience with budget statements.

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Associate’s degree in culinary arts.

Compensation & Benefits


We are offering a $2500 Sign-On Bonus  

 

The compensation range for this is position is $60,000-70,000 (depending on experience)
