The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Business Systems Analyst to Elior NA and work in a remote capacity. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide analysis of business and user needs, provide leadership to team members and the organization, and implement business solutions. This is a key role for our IT organization, as you work with the business to translate their requirements into material IT solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Research and resolve manager/employee issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing on new policies / configurations, attendance and/or accrual modules to ensure smooth and rapid deployment of enhancements and projects.
  • Identify new and update current metrics to help drive process improvement.
  • Leverage your knowledge of time and attendance, payroll, and inventory management to implement best practices and new policies.
  • Utilize workflows and integrations to connect systems to streamline processes as it relates to food and labor programs.
  • Research catering applications and recommend solutions as needed.
  • Work closely with Accounting, Human Resources, and other departments to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and designs to create pay rules, interfaces and reports.
  • Work with project manager(s) and application consultants during implementations and upgrades.
  • Provides accurate and timely information to satisfy information requests from various sources through the extraction of data or running of reports.
  • Provide face-to-face and remote training to employees and managers regarding applicable payroll, time, and food related topics.
  • Respond to user help desk questions specific to the system and data.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • One to three years’ experience in Business Systems Analyst Role 
  • Four years administrator role in Workforce Central 8.0 and above
  • Four years Workforce Interface Module (WIM) programming
  • Competent in SQL and Excel formulas and calculations
  • Subject Matter Expert level understanding of setup and configuration
  • Prior experience with stakeholder management. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal. 

 

Nice-to-haves: 

    • Experience in processing payroll for multiple states 
    • Experience with SAP Success Factors EC/ECP
    • Experience with Catering applications
    • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry
