Description
Cura Hospitality Food Service team is seeking an Business Development Manager (BDM), Inside Sales who is motivated and committed to sales generation. In this position you will report to the Managing Director of Growth (SVP Growth) with support from (Sr.) Business Development Directors as mentors with support in learning Elior’s sales process for your segment.
In this role you will support our segment drive for sustainable growth and customer retention strategies. As a key member of the healthcare Growth Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by identifying the industry trends that directly impact our ability to deliver service solutions clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and collaboration skills in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Role Overview
Your mission as the Business Development Manager, Inside Sales will be to create and execute digital campaigns to identify new audiences and generate leads, qualify those leads and engage the correct BDD, monitor the CRM to assure performance against KPI’s/metrics and monitor client satisfaction levels, all contributing to our improved profitability.
Growth Strategy Development
• Conduct a high degree of Cold Call Prospecting in all formats, utilizing creative thinking to effectively prospect.
• Maintain a consistent response to all sales leads and referrals with a high degree of urgency.
• Complete extensive prospect research and qualification.
• Provide trade show support in collaboration with marketing.
• Assist with proposal development/RFP responses.
• Assist with sales presentation creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with operations, marketing, finance, and business development efforts.
• Develop a culture dedicated to growth and retention, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Compare and report on all sales pursuit and retention outcomes for price benchmarking and competitive solution offerings.
• Work with Client Partnership Director (CPD) to manage the retention tool kit and operations implementation of tools in each account to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
• Work directly with the CPD and Director of Marketing to plan, operate and analyze all client survey and site survey data to provide timely and accurate information to segment executive committee.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our services.
• Build and routinely run reporting aimed at keeping the Managing Director of Growth and executive team informed about existing data analytics, changing trends and future state(s) to support overall improvement and process refinement of the segment growth team.
• Use Leone Sales Funnel and Winning Account Management techniques to gain insights into the prospect’s needs, concerns, process and decision criteria that provide Cura Hospitality with an advantage versus the competition.
Performance Metrics
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in each BDD territory.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of growth and retention initiatives.
• Regularly report progress and outcomes to the MDG and confirm the CRM dashboard output.
• Accountable for successfully reaching targets for segment growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct selling or developing and qualifying leads for sales pursuits.
• Proven track record of driving new business growth to achieve targets.
• Strong analytical skills with a strong familiarity with current technologies.
• Excellent people skills.
• Experience in the food service and healthcare industry is a plus.
• Previous experience working with CRM Software, specifically MS Dynamics and Microsoft Suite.
